What is Hypnotherapy?

What can I expect?
Session 1: Clarity + Connection (1 Hour - R850)
We begin with a coaching conversation to explore the issue you'd like to work on. We’ll identify what’s been holding you back and define a clear, meaningful outcome. I’ll guide you into a light state of relaxation and do a short hypnosis session to get your subconscious mind comfortable and engaged.

Session 2: Deep Work (1 Hour - R850)
This session includes a personalized hypnosis script tailored to your unique goals and story. In a deeply relaxed state, your subconscious becomes more open to releasing blocks and anchoring new, empowering beliefs. You're always aware and in control—just very calm and focused.

Session 3: Integration + Goal Setting (1 Hour - R850)
We’ll review the changes you’ve noticed and use coaching tools to help you set aligned, actionable goals. The idea is to support the lasting integration of what shifted during hypnosis and create forward movement in your everyday life. Repetition is key and you can purchase the recording of your tailored hypnotherapy session at an additional cost of R450. ​
